There are many types of push-up

Hands straight below shoulders

Diamond push-ups, where you you make a diamond with your thumb and index finger.

Knee push-ups

Feet elevated push-ups

4 man push-ups, where your feet go on the small of the next persons back, making a square and the only thing that touches the ground are the hands

Straight line push-ups, where you put your feet on each shoulder of the person behind you and the last person in line, is the only feet touching the ground.

Eight count push-up

One hand push,

It's not a push-up if the upper arm is not parallel to the ground. Keeping your body straight at all times. Feet together or shoulder width apart.

Try doing the plank even if its for a few seconds more beneficial than push ups .Strengthens your core back and neck .Helps with lower back pain and is good for the hips and spine. Improves coordination and balance. Do it daily increasing the time you can hold the position gradually.

Schöne Dinge passieren in Ihrem Leben, wenn Sie sich distanzieren und negative Dinge und Menschen entfernen.
