So many types of push ups...

I am able to do bent-knee push ups, but only of three at a time.
I though still attempt to keep in motion with them several times weekly.

It all depends on my day..

these are only one of my 10 daily exercises...

*I can sure appreciate your concerns on trying it, and no need to either. Since your surgery
and replacement, caution is a must.

When I do mine, I have to put a well cushioned pillow beneath my knees, and so that most
if not all of my weight is on my arms...otherwise it would be a no go for me, would not be able
to even attempt it..

Push-up is a full-body exercise and to do that your arms, core and legs muscles have to be strong.
If any of these muscles are weak trying is not advisable.

I haven’t attempted push ups in quite a while, but I’m sure I could do at least one proper push up.
