For Windows this is Ctrl + Shift + R, for Apple it's Cmd + Shift + R


Hi Pasc, yes have done full refresh daily and cleared caches etc. I have
tried multiple things, The curious thing for me is that I CAN access 1-2-1
on my i-phone BUT here on my laptop which I prefer to mostly use, I cannot
get the blue bar or access. I think today now is about day 5.

It might though be my specific device/laptop which has been having a couple
issues for a while now and before losing 1-2-1 chat started, so hard to know
for sure what my culprit is.


It could be a similar problem that others have had, and they contacted their Internet provider for assistance. i.e rebooting your HUB .

Antique Lace you should contact your internet provider as we had such issues in the past with US members and it turned out that their internet provider had automatically added a kind of children proof security/filter which prevented them access to Buzz chatrooms.

It happened to me once also in the UK in a rented cottage. So annoying!:ohmy:

I have come to the most reasonable conclusion, that I am in need of a new Laptop, my existing one
has had several issues and even after having a reboot the HUB thing, my friend tended to it, he stresses
I need a replacement.

Putting on my Christmas list OR for a stocking stuffer. LOL
