The 121 chat is gone. Is it just my system or is it gone for everyone?

Mine has been gone for three days .
I can not access it from my laptop
I can access it from my I-phone.

I’ve tried everything suggested to address it.

Some weird anomaly ...

It seems to be ok now.

It's not ok Pats....still nothing.....settings checked..again.....browser refreshed...again. This is exactly the same as last time 1-2-1 went down. The ability to access the rooms isn't what I want to do....I'd like to chat1-2-1 to my buzz friends...sadly it isn't possible

Did you do a full refresh as suggested above Antiquelace?
For Windows this is Ctrl + Shift + R, for Apple it's Cmd + Shift + R

Thanks Pats....one thing I did find out was that "oldal"s.subscription has expired so that appears to have been his particular problem.....I've PMed him re the situation.

Hi Pasc, yes have done full refresh daily and cleared caches etc. I have
tried multiple things, The curious thing for me is that I CAN access 1-2-1
on my i-phone BUT here on my laptop which I prefer to mostly use, I cannot
get the blue bar or access. I think today now is about day 5.

It might though be my specific device/laptop which has been having a couple
issues for a while now and before losing 1-2-1 chat started, so hard to know
for sure what my culprit is.

Richard, I understand from Mila that she has been chatting 121 with you so can we assume that yours is ok now?
