If you had to choose between buying a ticket for a football game or other sports event, and buying a ticket for a concert/music event, which would you opt for?

For me it would be the concert ticket. I enjoy sport but music has always been more important.

Concert ticket every time without question. I have no interest in football and never been to a game in my life with no intention to start.

The last time I bought a ticket for a sporting event, it was to see Boro play Man Utd, when George Best was still playing for Man U and in his prime!
So, I think I can safely say I’m more likely to buy a ticket to a concert type event -
a classical music concert, ballet, opera or theatre, that is -
I’ve never been to a pop music concert - the pics I’ve seen of pop concert venues look too crowded and uncomfortable for my taste.

Would completely depend on the teams involved in the footy match and the competition vs who was performing at the concert.

Love both so it really would come down to the participants.

If it was a Liverpool football game vs My favourite artists Iron Maiden.

Liverpool football everytime, I have seen both in the past a few times and Iron Maiden I can see again, that game of football I can't see live again.

I wouldn't miss a Liverpool football game even if I had free ticket to Elvis stating he isn't dead and making his come back. The Elvis ticket would get given away. (not like I would want to see Elvis anyway so bad example I was never a fan of Elvis, way overrated to me).
Replace Elvis with the return of Abba.

If it was another football team and Iron Maiden the concert would be my choice.

Concert ticket with no hesitation although I'd prefer opera to be honest.
