Has anyone been offered a winter Flu and Covid jab yet?

I've just recieved an invite for both .... am definitely having the Flu vaccine but I'm really not sure about the Covid one .... I have felt out of sorts for several weeks after the last two.

Has anybody else? Just tiredness and aching but it wasn't great.

(In case I haven't been able to edit ... that should say 'Winter' in the title

I got the Flu shot about a week ago. They didn't have the updated Covid shot rolled out yet but maybe at the end of the month.

Flu jab for me next month, holding off on Covid vaccine for now, not leaning in
the direction of getting any further ones at this time.

Spring here so the next flu jabs won't roll out till April next year.
Covid talk is low key right now so no idea when or if the next covid update may come available.
Still wise to watch the news once a week for any developments

Our surgery starts their sessions next week.
Waiting for our invites.

Both flu and covid boosters will be taken, as immunity wanes and different strains are circulating.

My wife is this coming Monday and me on Friday but will ask if I can have it with the wife, last year they did that,
We will have both jabs.
My big sister says she does not have any from now on and she is 82 but stubborn.

I haven’t received any info about Covid inoculation boosters for this Autumn yet - I’ll book an appointment for one when I receive my invitation.

I received a surprise invitation from my GP Surgery, with a link to click to book my flu jab - it said the link was only valid for 7 days - but that was back in July!
I’m in U.K., so it seemed oddly early in the year to be booking a flu jab. I ignored the message, in case it was a scam thing using the surgery’s name - though the message used my name.
I meant to call in at the Surgery to check whether it was genuine but I’ve been away - this thread has reminded me about it, so thanks for that.

I will take a flu jab but will try to leave a few weeks gap between having the Covid jab and the flu jab.
That’s what I did last year.
