My weight has been steady since I was 15 years old, only goes up or down by 1 kg.

Nearly back down to my lowest weight again at the moment, so hoping I can get my weight down a bit more before Christmas .

Still ever so slowly, my weight is still creeping down, and may it continue for a while longer .

I started getting my weight down about 9 years ago and, taking it gradually, eventually lost about 9st. I haven't put any of it back on but rather like Dennis 2 my problem now is I have almost no appetite for food for some reason. This started about a year ago and I'm having to make myself eat food and this isn't as easy as it sounds. My friends say I'm looking a bit gaunt these days.

Have you spoken to your doctor about this lack of appetite? it may need checking out.

I’ve been trying to lose half a stone ever since I joined Buzz years ago ! I’m finally thinking, it’s not going to happen but as long as I don’t put any on, I’m not doing too bad

Trying to get appointments is not easy, but I received a letter asking me to book my yearly MOT a few days ago. I'll mention it at that as well as a couple of other things giving me concerns.
