I have been loosing weight for more than a decade, 50lbs so far. In the last year, 4 different MDs told me, “Don’t lose any more weight.’”. So to boost my weight. I went on a binge of eating high animal fat foods and stuff with sugar, which raised my blood sugar level from a good 97 to a bad 107. I cut back on dairy and beef, which brought blood sugar down to 94, but left a calorie deficit for maintaining or gaining weigh. You got any ideas?
A binge diet won’t do you any good at all!

a sensible, healthy diet should help you to maintain a healthy weight.
You had surgery previously I understand, bariatric surgery?
Didn’t you get referred to a dietitian after the surgery to help you with an eating plan.
