I drink the quality herbal teas, meaning they aren't the bottom of the barrel tea bags lol

Coffee is Starbucks or Tully's blends, only decaf, one cream, no sugar...

The really cheap coffees to me taste far too bitter to drink, like battery acid, just hate
the taste, so I don't.

I buy coffee from a local roaster. I tried different ones in this area and the one I buy from I liked best. They, like most roasters have different beans from around the world and different roasts from light to dark.
My wife is included in the selection of coffee, she likes dark roast coffee I like medium roast coffee.
I love coffee and I'm willing to spend money on coffee I enjoy.

I do have some bags of coffee beans, but only use them when making a fresh batch of coffee liqueur. Have occasionally had a cup of fruit or herbal tea, but much prefer a cup of plain tea, hot or cold.

Tesco tea bags (Stockdale?) in the blue box 58p for 80 are really good, but always leave in 3-4 minutes. They taste the same as expensive brands.
No one seems to know how to produce cheap coffee that tastes good.
The Milicano tins are quite good but not especially cheap.

I have a friend who mixes herbal blends...and a very old mug made by an old potter friend years ago. I enjoy the process as well as the tea.

I've had good iced coffee a time or two. But since we are talking about yucky vs tasty.....I won't touch McDonald's coffee, hot or cold!
