People mean well when they say 'Don't worry', but it is the most useless advice someone can give.

The implications from a statement such as this, maybe we spend too much time worrying, becoming frustrated, and maybe a little intimidated by it. When we do this, we tend not to think clearly, generally making it a much bigger issue than it should be.

I am not a religious person, but this is a commonsense prayer:
