I rarely eat breakfast, I find if I don’t start eating until lunchtime then I get less hungry during the morning than if I have something to eat early. This also helps to keep my weight stable as I’m eating one less meal a day. They do say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and just wondered what others think?
I have to admit though that one of my greatest pleasures is going away and staying in a nice hotel and indulging in a lovely big breakfast in the morning. I’m always delighted when they have porridge on the menu.

On a working day, I never bother except maybe a strong coffee. Weekends I may have cereal or if I'm in the mood, a good old fashioned fry-up.

I always have breakfast, normally a brand of cereal recommended for bowel health, plus fruit and yoghurt.
I have measured out my life with coffee spoons....

I always have breakfast as it’s the most important meal of the day........an engine wouldn’t function without fuel to stat it, neither does the human body.

Porridge does it for me especially in winter.

Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day., it also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus.

Studies have linked eating breakfast to good health, including better memory and concentration, lower levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol, and lower chances of getting diabetes, heart disease, and being overweight.

Skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and eating, when you wake up, the blood sugar your body needs to make your muscles and brain work their best is usually low. Breakfast helps replenish it.

If your body doesn’t get that fuel from food, you may feel zapped of energy -- and you'll be more likely to overeat later in the day.
Happy to help.

I always have breakfast sometime between 7 -12 AM, depending on my crazy sleep pattern. It can be anything from sausage, eggs, and toast' to flat enchiladas with eggs on top. Breakfast is always preceded by a cup of freshly brewed coffee with cream. A second cup usually follows it.
Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so whatever time I get up, once I've finished on the computer, I go downstairs and have something to eat. What I have is these days affected by my diabetes, and keeping my cholesterol level low as well.

No I dont bother with breakfast, just a cup of tea to start the day.
The battles i had as a child with my mother as she forced me to eat cereal or toast before going off to school. I always felt so sick and full.
I dont go along with breakfast being the most important meal of the day, for me its lunch.....I lovely long relaxed meal in the middle of the day in good company is infinitely more important to me
