Not good and very little, but that's normal for an insomniac

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end

Think now I've been on my new medication and am used to it, seems to be sleeping a lot better these days. Noticed during the week that the street lights have been replaced with the new low energy versions, which focus the light downwards a lot better. Means I no longer get any of the light coming through the bedroom window, as it used to.

I didn't nod off until around 3:30am this morning I just wasn't tired so I sat watching tv it was very relaxing as it was quiet and the rest of the house were sleeping.
Woke about 7am went back to sleep until about 9ish this morning, Feel absolutely wonderful although I am expecting to get tired about 7pm maybe.

I am not getting tired until around midnight I think it must be the nice warm evenings keeping me alert.
I sleep like a baby flat out and feel so relaxed and alert when I wake about 7am.

The difference the warm bright days make to my mood and sleeping pattern is amazing, I never seem to have mad dreams or wake up for a wee when it is summer! In your face winter lol.
