Got up a 2 am yesterday morning and got up at 1 am this morning.

Just like that saying goes "what you do today, you'll have to sleep with tonight" been going on for over 29 years now.

Now the mornings are brighter I am getting up earlier ... am awake from about 5am most mornings ... but make myself stay in bed until a reasonable time.
Sometimes I get fed up and rise earlier ... when I wake at about the 5 mark ... only trouble is .. it really confuses the cats!!!

Poorly, even after a walk of over a mile in late afternoon and jogging a part of it with heavier rubber boots because of mud and snow. I need complete dark and complete silence to sleep, which I had, but some nights the stars don't align. :-)

Have a street light outside my bedroom window on the opposite side of the road, so back in the noughties, I fitted a black out blind, which I've used ever since. Makes all the difference to having a good night's sleep or always waking up at first light .

Still sleeping well at the moment, despite the mornings getting lighter earlier .

Still sleeping well, but will have to see what effect changing to Summer time will have on me, after the clocks go forward an hour this weekend.
