Sleeping well at the moment, though woke with a headache this morning .

Mostly on my right side, sometimes on my left, with one pillow. I have a Craftmatic Bed so I can raise the head & feet on it.

I'm not sleeping that well lately. My sleep schedule is all screwed up. Covid worries is not helping.

Started sinking last night, so decided to just go to bed. Slept through till around nine this morning .
