Salmon, yes....has to be fresh caught off the coast of Alaska
Shrimp, yes....not from any Asian counries where they're farmed and dead together with diseases while alive
Locally grown and bought I try to do much as I can afford; fruits and veggies.

No I don't really care about the provenance of food, it's generally edible and sold to thousands of people so has to pass a certain standard to be fit for human consumption... that's good enough for me

Oh yes, I really care about it. I always check the provenience and try to but healthy one.
Vegetables and fruit are locally most of the times.
