Asian hot and sour soup (spicy with lemon/lime and tamarind)) over brown rice with a couple of poached eggs or other protein for cold and flu.

Cider vinegar on warts, cover with a plaster and change the plaster daily, eventually the wart will shrivel up and drop off.

Time. Everything else is ineffectual or expensive and ineffectual. The pain killing gels only work if you get a dynamite prescription. Paracetamol gets you off to sleep.

German remedy for respiratory infections , teaspoon of dried THYME ,washed down with warm water. Twice daily.

I must try that one. I've been putting tea tree on mine, which seems to shrivel them but not get rid of them completely.

Abdominal or intestinal trac infection...

12 ounce package of cranberries, fresh or frozen

Two cups of water

One cup of granulated sugar

Bring to boil and then simmer until all berries have popped...stirring often

Cool to room temperature

A few tablespoons daily with or without meals is fine.

Can be served hot or cold,

As a cranberry drink, add four more cups of water, strain out the berry pulp and chill the juice before drinking.

Honey is a natural antiseptic. I take a teaspoon to sooth my throat when I get a cough .That reminds me I must pick a jar up ,I've run out .
