Have to admit that I have not seen the movie. I liked the clip so I think I have to go out and rent it.

This is a pretty decent movie. Shows the native Americans in a different light to all those westerns when we were young I have it on DVD.

If your going to hire the movie make sure it weekly hire.

Take this long to watch it. It would be the slowest most
boring movie ever made..

Just my oponion.

It would be more exciting sitting outside watching Grass grow.

I think that "Dances With Wolves" was/is a great movie. It's a shame Costner hasn't equaled it altho he has some good ones. One movie that most people seem to hate is one that I thought was a good one although a bit too long for most audiences, is "The Postman". It is a very good post apocalyptic story.

But back to "...Wolves"; The acting was great and the Native Americans; the Lakotas seem to be authenically portrayed. And having them actually speak the Lakota language was a big plus. The wedding scene when they sang the Lakota wedding song was almost exactly as I knew it. "Untouchables" was good also.

Out of Africa 1 year, 5 months ago #65873

Out of Africa is one of my favorite films. Streep with another perfect dialect, Redford is, well, just being Redford is enough, my opinion. Read the book too, but it's not the same without the beautiful score.
