At the risk of sounding like an idiot, what's it about Kathy?
I saw clips in a war zone (?) but didn't take much notice.

I don't often bother with "movies" these days because I find them rather disjointed and the actors tend to be very wooden at times.
They learn how to play a type of person and stick to it rather than becoming a character, film after film and their diction is often difficult for me to follow.
The main problem for me though is the excessive use of special effects, too much stunt work and too many bang-bangs!

The Hurt Locker is about a bomb disposal squad in Iraq. It is well made and deserved the Oscars it received.
